The Casting Time Planner

The Casting Time Planner takes the special requirements of casting directors and productions into account on a scheduling tool for castings. When you create a new schedule, you can enter basic data such as a title, description or the length of a casting slot, and have the option to customize further settings. So you can, for example, determine the maximum number of appointments an actor/actress can book or how long in advance a booking must be made.

You can share your schedule with your team. E.g. the casting assistant can also enter or cancel appointments.

Actors/actresses can register for free dates via a visible link. Incidentally, this also works for people who do not yet have an e-TALENTA account. And of course, agents can also book appointments for their clients. You will receive a booking notification by email and can confirm the appointment in your schedule and cancel it whenever you want. If you only want to use the Casting Time Planner for internal organization, you can also enter appointments yourself.

You can see which candidates have registered and when at any time, and you can keep track of who you have already sent an appointment confirmation to. You can send appointment confirmations individually or collectively using a personal address.

You can export your schedule as a PDF or editable Excel spreadsheet and take it with you to the casting. The export function is available to you both per day and for the entire schedule.
